Matthias Wimmer is Founder and Managing Partner of Trigon Equity.

Prior, Mr. Wimmer was partner of a private equity company based in Frankfurt am Main, and board member (CFO and CEO) of one portfolio company.

M. Wimmer has over 20 years of professional experience in London, Singapore, Hamburg and Frankfurt with Credit Suisse, Lufthansa Technik and Price Waterhouse Coopersin in senior management positions in Corporate Finance and M & A, Finance and Controlling, Business Development, Inhouse Consulting, Project Management and Credit Risk Management.

M. Wimmer was lecturer at the Handelshochschule Leipzig in the field of Lean Management and Six Sigma (MBA degree course). He graduated in business administration and electrical engineering (Diplom Wirtschafsingenieur).

Stefan Fischer is Partner of Trigon Equity.

Mr. Fischer can look at a successful Investment Banking career in Frankfurt and London. Over a period of 20 years, he gained extensive expertise in senior positions in the full range of Capital Markets.

Most recently, Mr. Fischer was a Managing Director and Head of Sales at Barclays Capital, responsible for the Distribution in Germany / Austria. Previously, he held senior positions at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley and worked for Salomon Brothers and ABN Amro.

Mr. Fischer has a degree in Business Administration of the University of Cologne and studied at ESADE in Barcelona, Spain, as well as at Penn State University, USA.
